Rodney Pinson is the Founder & Senior Partner and head of the Tax and Trusts departments. Rodney has extensive experience in critical court applications, injunctions and ancillary remedies and has worked on a wide spectrum of commercial matters including shareholder disputes, defamation, breach of trust and duty as well as securities litigation and litigation strategies in corporate takeovers.
